Overall, we're pretty satisfied with the neutralizer and softener. My only complaint is that y'all can't narrow down the time period when the salt delivery or technician will show up. Not always easy to dedicate an entire day waiting for them to arrive.

It's important to have healthy water and with a well, it can be iffy. We love our system! Also, it's reassuring to have the yearly service, including the water tests. We are very pleased with Culligan!

It's nice as it is brought to the house every month and the water tastes better than any water you buy at the store !! The hot and cold water dispenser is great !! You can use it in so many ways !! The service guy we have makes sure we have what is needed and very friendly !!

Fast response to question about rust in water. Tech was able to come out the same day and a follow-up visit was conducted the day after.
