Bug Out has been providing prompt and excellent service since I started my contract with them in March. I'm especially grateful for one of your servicemen, Tom. He services many of my families lawns and we all have had more than pleasant experiences with him. He is always respectful and polite during each service. He always make sure to ring my bell to make me aware he's stopped by so that I know not to let my pups outside right away. I appreciate him very much for being so thoughtful of my babies. He's always willing to answer questions I have about my garden and lawn. Honestly, Tom is an excellent employee and I would recommend giving him a raise in some way. I've been a manager and respectful employees are the core of any business. Tom is a keeper and I look forward to seeing him hop out of the bug out truck when I know I'm due for service!
Walter has done a good job to solve my roach issue. He is polite, on time and through.

It’s convenient, the service comes in regular intervals, the staff is pleasant and are self directed. They let me know of any problems and the action they took or instruct me if I need to do anything. The product is non invasive to my home and most important is that it works.

Our Bug Out technician, MATT, does an Outstanding, Complete and Professional job !!! He insures ALL windows, doorways, eves and the perimeter of our house is treated thoroughly and properly.
