No hassle service. I don’t have to be concerned when one of their services is due. They let me know when their coming and the tech always knocks on the door and informs me as to what service he will be applying.
If I see a problem with my lawn or plants a simple phone call is all that is required. They will have someone come and investigate.

My service tech Jason always does a great job. He let's me know in advance when he's coming and asks if I need any special services. I know most companies do that, but Jason is really good at customer service, and I feel comfortable with him being there even when I'm not at home.

My tech, John is amazing. Very friendly and doesn’t mind me following him around talking. My husband says I talk too much but I just like to get to know people. I’ve caught a couple bugs before and had John identify them… then kill them. Ha 😁. Only the bad bugs.
That’s another thing, he has educated me on different types of bugs. I leave the good ones along. Tiny spiders and mud daubers. I was scared at 1st..wasps..but John has gotten me so fascinated in them that I watch from nest building to hatching. I’m not scared anymore. I think that’s great. I think all companies should have their techs be friendly and educational. Point out a bug, explain what it is and their function,.. good or bad. Oh yeah…AND John educated me on the importance of cutting back my bushes from touching the house. That’s how the ants were getting in. Not anymore. I don’t know any of the other bug out guys/gals but if they are anything like John, you have 1 heck of a company.
