My initial contact was with CSR stephanie. She helped with set-up and was very friendly and understanding. Victor is a great person and easy going. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in terms of insects, treatment and prevention. We also had an inspection person come out. He was very helpful as well. Overall, we are very pleased CSR and the services provided.
