The service is great. We had True green last year and our yard was dying. The roots were all burnt. The Bug Out representative said he knew how to fix it. Okay think this is the second service and the yard is looking great!! So far so good.

We have not had an issue with termites so I assume the monitoring is accurate. If I have an issue with other insects in or around the house they immediately respond. Troy has been our technician for many years and he is largely responsible for my being so pleased with their services. Continuity of service is so helpful and Troy is a great asset to Bug Out. I hope the company acknowledges him and his representation of their company.
