We really liked that the Commercial Sales, James Sumner came out to introduce himself, company, inspected the property, took a video to show the problem and immediately provided a quote for services. He was the first to arrive whereby we had to call and remind the other prospective companies to provide a quote. We knew then that Bug Out would take care of us.
The cherry on top was meeting Reggie. He came in called and introduced himself and eliminated ALL of our ant issues and they went "bye, bye".
I'm looking forward to working with both gentlemen but my quarterly star will be Reggie who was very professional, personable, explained everything he had to do and cared that we were taken care.

I have some issues with your company and for being a customer of your company since 1989 when this house was built. You would think you would treat your long time customers better than your company has done.
I have been a customer for over 40 years. From the time my house was being built Bug Out was the first and only one to treat and take care of my house. I would highly recommend Bug Out to anyone. Especially the one on Blanding Blvd. Thanks for taking care of our home.
