The service provider, Javier, is excellent -- very thorough and explains what he is doing.
My Arrow service representative arrived on Friday as scheduled. He checked all my termite ground devices and replaced two. He showed me the old ones and we talked about why they showed evidence of subterranean termites. He was busy the whole time he was here and left after about 45 minutes.
However, I am displeased with the robo call I received telling me of his coming on Friday. The words on the phone call were garbled and I could barely hear what was said. You need to replace the robo call with a human person on the other end of the line to correct times or dates as the robot left no number to call to make changes. Since I already had an appointment scheduled for that day, I had no way of knowing if I would even be home when the service rep came to my home. We got lucky and he arrived just as I was getting back from my appointment. I do not do computer corrections on robo calls, especially since I could barely hear what was being said!
