Justin Olivares has done a Fantastic Job on our lawn. A year ago, during the summer months I applied a fertilizer that killed our lawn. We asked our homeowners association for a recommendation, one of their staff said her husband had done a similar thing and they used Arrow Environmental to bring their lawn back to life. We called Arrow and Justin has worked a miracle! Each month he calls me to let me know he is here, to provide service. Asks me if we’re having problems, we walk around and he points out items he will be treating and what chemicals he is using.
We truly appreciate his expertise and knowledge.

I lost faith since Bugout purchased Tropicare but after a meeting with Tim, the area manager, I have been happier. Joey, our lawn care rep, is a great asset. He communicates well with customers and is willing to answer all my questions with logical answers that a layman can understand.

I like that all my services are with one company and that every transaction is emailed to me so that I can keep track of what I spend on their services and when the next service is scheduled. my lawn and shrub care is taken care of as well as my pest and insect control service.
Jon Miller and Gabe Hampshire were fantastic. They were very professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions throughly. It is not too often nowadays where you receive great customer service. It is not the case with Arrow. Thank you, Jon and Gabe, great job. They were definitely the A-Team. I look forward to having a beautiful lawn and a pest-free home.

We are new residents in Lakeshore Village. Arrow Environmental Services responded quickly to our call for an inspection of our home and property. They were very friendly, efficient and informative. They established a pest treatment plan and immediately treated several colonies of ghost ants. Big problem solved and we’re very impressed and happy to have an annual contract with Arrow for a pest control service.
