What do you like about our services?

The technician called prior to his visit -- he was prompt and took his time viewing my property. He alerted me to mice droppings and indicated possible damage from the mice. He even took photos of the droppings and his report was thorough and complete. The price for the service is very reasonable and I plan to continue as a customer.

I have been with Bug Out Service since 1977. The have been the first and only service for my sentricon, pest control. I have always received great service and they have very professional, courteous technicians and well as office staff.

Prompt, dependable, do a great job, people on the phone and that come to our home that we trust and count on to keep us pretty much bug free and we care about the people that come to our home. We had the same gentleman for years and we miss him. We cared about him very much not that we don't like the new people, we just haven't gotten to know them yet. They also do a thorough job for us

Always call ahead to let you know they are coming. Destinee has been doing it for a few times and does a excellent job. Very friendly . always ask how we are doing as we are older. Checks back when she is finished to let me know what she found if anything. I would like to have her come every time please!!!!!!! DESTINEE PLEASE KEEP COMING!!!!!!

Being able to get out in a timely manor to take care of my ant and pest problems To assure me I will get rid of them I have already recommended Bug out to my neighbor Also we are on a fixed income and the monthly premium is not so bad Both employees I talked with from bug out were very professional. The man that set up my contract and the one that came out to spray .He acted if he had known us forever , even the grandkids talked about how friendly he was. Thank again for the quick response

Both gentlemen that came to the house for the termite inspection and for the regular pest control were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, all around great guys ! I would recommend Bug Out to anyone that is asking us about pest control. We are happily proud to display the bug out flag in front of our driveway. I also would like to thank the gentleman that set everything up for us Mr Robert in your Sarasota department, He Rocks!, Very helpful and very truthful!
