This time the tech treated for insects and lawn health. As usual, he came to the door, explained what he was doing, what we needed to do afterwards, and then efficiently got to it. Four hours later I had a written report that I filed with previous ones for reference. We are very happy with Bugout, especially for lawn care as it precludes us from applying the wrong chemicals at the wrong time while being unaware of area wide problems which the tech is able to observe.

I am only in my 1st month for the quarterly pest control and the lawn, so time will tell. What I can currently say is that meeting Chad was a very delightful experience. He is very kind and made me feel comfortable. He has also contacted me if there was a change in his schedule.
