My service representative Cory is awesome. Every time he comes by I have a bunch of questions not just about the grass, but also about some of my shrubs and potted plants (these are my first attempts in gardening). He is very knowledgeable and answers my 101 questions very patiently. I was upset that I keep forgetting to water. He suggested to set a reminder on the phone and that definitely helped. Our yard already looks so much better. Thank You Cory! Please give him some brownie points for me!
