The heated facilitated classes
Loved it very much! Very relaxing but gave me the sweat session I needed. I would definitely go back for more classes. The one week free trial was honestly so great to try different classes to see which one we would enjoy. I did four Sculpt classes and although the flow was very similar, the Sculpt series for each was different so I enjoyed that.
Love the yoga sculpt and strength x classes! They get me sweating but are super low impact which i really enjoy.

I like the 45 minute class options at 6am. Would love a Strength X or lower-heat option as well.
