I love that there is an open door policy without needing to sign up ahead of time, with my busy schedule things change quickly and I love I can go to any class at any location.

Slight lackluster delivery. Perhaps it was a disconnect between the soothing mellow times voice and the high temp music. Also some lack of specificity of the names or descriptions of postures. For example, in balancing stick the balance challenge was grab both ankles.

Great location, friendly, competent and effective Yoga Instructors. I worry about how much they are compensated so that Core Power doesn't lose quality instructors.

Sometimes the room is super hot. I avoid the most advanced classes because 104° is not pleasant. I have attended less advanced classes and have experienced 104° for sculpt, C1 and C2.
