Brand new looking bathrooms, clean studio room, LOVE THE CLASSES, teachers are always positive, upbeat and push us when necessary, I love the retail options...pretty much love everything at CPY.

I love how welcoming this studio is! Even if I'm not the most experienced yogi, I still feel comfortable keeping at my own pace.

I love the frequency of classes and variety of classes (HPF when I need a stretch and sweat, sculpt when I need a full body workout).

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and really clean studios. Though I wish a C1.5 class was offered. I think that would be super for beginners adjusting to the heat. :)

Great classes!!

I took my free birthday class and was treated special by the staff. This facility was pleasant and the instructor was great at explaining the flow. Great workout.

The trainners are awesome. The place is not busy. The clases have different rhythm. Some are for beginners some are more challenging.

I really like the lay out of the studio space, I like how clean it is. I love the teacher Cat and my yoga flow teacher (5:30pm - 6:30pm) class was absolutely wonderful. I love the clothing selection and the facility is easy to find and access. I come from a strict bikhram studio, and I like these sessions better, I also like that the classes are one hour long. So glad you have come to San Mateo!

I just took my first class. I was happy to have met the instructor before class. She was nice and very helpful with me being new to CorePower. I also like that there was parking right across the street from location.

friendly, clean and fresh!! I have tried several studios throughout the peninsula and this is the best studio.. You also offer a variety of classes through out the day, as well as multiple times in one day .

The classes, staff, and clean studio. Although I do wish there were more hot power fusion and C1.5 classes at 6 am or evening times.

I really love how corepower works every part of your body and pushes you to your fitness potential. There is such a strong and supportive community there and I leave every class feeling amazing.

I so far am loving my first week at corepower. Great instructors, great enviroment. Beautiful studio. I am a fitness guru I workout 22-27 times a month...will def be adding Corepower to my regime.
Would love a 7am or 730am yoga sculpt or HPF class during weekdays. 630am is a little early for me and 830am class makes me late for work.
a 530pm or 6pm Yoga sculpt or HPF would be great too!!!
