Brianna (and the other woman but I didn't catch her name) was so welcoming to the studio! She made me feel welcome and helped me get excited before her 10:30 yoga sculpt. The class was difficult but do-able! Brianna was great and the studio was great! I definitely would go back to this studio.

The gals at CorePower are so sweet! The instructors are so supportive in my life journey! I really like how I can talk to the teachers after class and share with them my intentions and what came up during my practice!

Everyone at the studio that I have met thus far is very friendly. I have especially enjoyed taking Kelley B's Yoga Sculpt class. She makes it easy for anyone to participate regardless of your level of experience.

I am 60 yrs old overweight and relatively new to yoga. The staff is always kind and courteous. I never feel out of place or like I don’t belong at CorePower which feels really good :)

I love CPY. The San Mateo studio is my dail treat to myself, a tranquil respite from a very busy life. The studio is clean and inviting. The teachers are amazing. And the classes are challenging but fun, a great workout. Highly recommend. Come join the flow!

The atmosphere at the San Mateo studio is very welcoming and kind. All of the teachers are uplifting and teach new skills well.

I love San Mateo studio! It’s my favorite one.
It’s super clean, always running on time, beautiful and very responsive. (Brianna is the best at answering all the emails) I love the teachers there. They have amazing teachers that has a multilevel practice and it’s amazing.

I love the people and the pace of the classes. Jackie is amazing as manager (I think she is manager now!) and some of the teachers have become my friends. I always feel like I get a good workout, and like my body has done something good with an hour. Great music, great environment, great people :)
