The friendliness and kindness of the instructors in dealing with my son who is very shy and introverted. Initally he was resistant to attending his sessions and very clingy and weepy when we arrived. I appreciated the willingness to work with my family's outside needs and changes in scheduling. I admire their checking to see if the student would be attending after a 5-10 minute late show. the staff and teachers were friendly and met set goals. I can't wait for a closer sattelite area. I'm a grandmother that doesn't drive the freeway, and my commute was more than 50 minutes to Strongsville.

Well, my daughter attends Sylvan and I would say what I like best are the instructors. Madeline thinks they are awesome!! Also, when scheduling sessions they are very flexible and accommodating. Thank you for giving Madeline the reassurance that she is capable of her studies.

I like the one on one attention that my daughter receives. She needs to figure out how to solve problems in math, not just hide behind someone else. That is why she doesn't learn, because she is too afraid to admit she doesn't understand a concept. At school, a teacher will move on, here the teacher digs deeper. Great tools- the iPad!
