Studio was beautiful with a great view of the Baltimore Harbor. Jill led an excellent sequence and had us facing the sunrise on several occasions which was an added bonus. Plenty of parking, but difficult to find as a first timer in this location.

Now that the pandemic is over....it is such a joy to attend a in person class at CPY. The instructors are amazing.....especially Julia, Anita, and Robin. I am also so happy that Angela has returned as she is the reason I LOVE yoga.

I started taking CPY at the end of 2021. This year, I have made it my goal to try and take 15 classes a month (or a total of 180) unfortunately, I didn't meet my personal goal for the month of July and most likely won't for the month of August, either. Point is, I didn't know CPY was something I needed until I started going over and over! I had a fair share of major orthopedic procedures throughout my late teens/early 20s and although I'm fully recovered, it's still so important to keep my body active and moving. I also have achondroplasia (dwarfism) and due to the anatomy of my spine, it's SO important to make sure I maintain a strong core, and CPY gives me that. I was confident in my body before joining, but never could I imagine the confidence I have now. In addition to taking Pure Barre classes, CorePower Yoga has been the BEST decision I've made in a long time :)

I am totally new to CorePower and Natalie did a great job helping me with my first class. I am going to join a class again tomorrow and I now know to hydrate more before I come!
