The instructors are so good! I went to Federal Hill because Isabella/Bella was teaching. She is a delight and a teaches a challenging and enjoyable class.
Great class!! Love how Laura talked through each pose. Love the option to shower. The only thing is I wish was different is that the savasana at the end was longer before the instructor left the room - I was completely focused on listening for when others starting to get up. Not relaxing

I like the engaging classes and community. Everyone at the Fed Hill studio is very welcoming and makes you feel strong, even if you are struggling to complete a move.
I took two classes here on 12/10, one with Callie and the other with Alyson. They were both excellent. This was my first time at this location, but wil be back when I am in town again.

I love how it combines flowing body movements with weight training, it just makes me feel so much more graceful and strong after I've taken a class.
I always go to Rotunda when I am on business in the area. Took classes with both, Lindsay and Anita, and they were fabulous. Great job CPY Rotunda. Keep it up!!

The studio spaces at Fed Hill are in great condition, and the heat/humidity seem to work well *and consistently*. Plentiful parking is a huge plus!
