I love Core Yoga because it challenges me both physically and mentally. Every class helps me build strength, improve flexibility, and find balance while giving me time to reset and focus on myself. I always leave feeling stronger, more centered, and energized.

Her classes are challenging when they need to be, but she always offers modifications and encouragement. I leave every class feeling stronger, relaxed, and grateful for the energy she brings. Great workout. Studio could use a deep clean and replace or organize the weight station but the quality of the workout was great.

I love how empowering and grounding the experience feels at the same time. The heated classes push you mentally and physically, but you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and stronger. I also like that every class can feel different depending on the instructor and flow, so it never gets boring. The atmosphere is motivating without feeling overly intimidating, and it becomes a space where you can disconnect from stress and reconnect with yourself. The mix of strength, mindfulness, stretching, and community makes it feel like more than just a workout.
Love Core Power but I wish more C2 classes were offered and that the floors were cleaned between classes.

CP at The Rotunda is always terrific. The staff is a joy to visit and classes are super!
My favorite is yoga sculpt , very intense and satisfying.
Instructors are very nice, love the addition of the weights, really works your upper and lower body, convenient location and easy to go in & get started!
