I love the studio space and atmosphere. There is a wide variety of classes and there are a huge amount of classes so it is usually easy to find the class that I want to attend at a time when I am free.

Fantastic little studio. I wish they had more classes and bigger locker rooms. After seeing some of the studios I am surprised at how TINY this one is. Nonetheless, great people!

What do you like about our products and services?

Great teachers and classes. I would love it if HPF was offered more. I work 9-5 so can barely make the 4:30pm and sometimes 9:30pm is just too late. It would be great if able to offer morning weekday or just a little earlier than 9:30 for the night classes.

What do you like about our products and services?

I could not be more in love/ obsessed with core power yoga. CPY has been such a positive influence on my mental and physical strength. Every time I take a class whether it be sculpt, C2, C1, or HPF I feel better than when I walked into class. The community at CPY is just great- so inspiring, encouraging, and friendly. The teachers make it fun with great music, challenging with deep postures and moves, and inspiring with beautiful mantras and quotes of the day!

I absoultly love this studio and CorePower yoga. I have never been into working out at a gym and decided to try yoga as a stress release and some activity after work. Little did i know that the classes offered here are a legitimate workout and i have been loving my time here. I would totally recommend this studio to anyone like me who doesn't think working out is for them. it will totally open your eyes to something amazing.

Love, love, love every minute of my time at CPY. I am a cancer survivor and am 100% convinced that every day I wake up is a testament to the role yoga has played in conquering not only the disease but surviving the formidable cure. So far 32 chemo infusions, 30 days of radiation and 7 (soon to be 8) surgeries.

With yoga by my side I rock it every day.
