I really enjoyed Corepower 2 the class was challenging but doable and there were modifications and the option to go deeper. I really liked the heat, I hadn't been exposed to a heated class and it added an element of deepening the practice and I was also able to go deeper into my stretches.

I recently got a black card and the southend location has quickly become my fave! I took a class with Mary recently and she was amazing: very thorough with her explanations and more of a guide with assists rather than forcefully putting you in position. Definitely will take her class again!

I really really enjoyed everything about Core Power. The teachers were fantastic.. all very different depending on the class but all very good. The facility is beautiful and very clean. I wish i could afford to go more often i enjoyed it so much!
the classes and instructors are ALWAYS amazing. love how challenging the core power 2 and hot power fusion classes can get. Not many yoga classes feel like a real workout the way corepoweryoga classes do.
