Great instructors and classes, nice lockers rooms
I recently took a class with Lori as the instructor. It was a 9:00 PM C1 class which is usually pretty sparse in attendance but this time it was just myself who showed up. I am fairly new to yoga so this seemed a bit awkward, taking the class solo with just the instructor. However, Lori was enthusiastic about powering through with the class regardless of the fact that I was the only student. She made the whole experience infinitely less awkward than I anticipated. On top of that, she was able to give me great advice on my form throughout the class that I never get in a class full of people. I truly was impressed by the experience and think she's a great instructor.
Instructor “Maddy” was extremely helpful for this first timer. I found class to be a challenge but was able to keep pace thanks to the clear direction and energy of the instructor. Highly recommend!!

A lot of the teachers are great, and i love the structure of all of the classes: C1, C1 and Sculpt.
Clean good smelling rooms. Good music
-Variety of class options (specifically time variety and multiple locations to choose from)
-Level of heat
-Yoga sculpt!
-Bathroom amenities are great
-Consistently leave with a great sweat and a great workout
-Teachers are always high energy
-I do believe, though, (especially for monthly members) towels should be included as part of the experience. It seems excessive to need to pay for a shower towel in addition to paying for your membership. Most gyms I have gone to (especially those that offer showers) offer complimentary towels.
-I would also recommend that there is someone available at the front desk, even for 5 minutes, to let in those that may be running a few minutes late and arrive right on time. There is nothing worse than when you arrive to class at 6:15AM and the door is locked and have to turn around and go home. I definitely understand latecomers can be disruptive and that behavior shouldn't be encouraged.
