We love our Brian at the Gilbert location, he greets me at pick ups and let's me know how my child is doing in tutoring.
One thing that sylvan can work on is greeting parents when they drop off their child, understanding that the child may walk in alone but for my experience, I have always walked my child in and always say Thank You to who ever is guiding the child in and I never get a hello or any kind of greeting, just that alone would make me pull my child out of sylvan from a customer service stand point.
My daughter was falling behind and failing some classes in school because she does not excel with the E-learning. Her confidence was low and she didn’t want to go to school. Sylvan helped her turn things around. She is now caught up, and actually understands the math she is doing. Her teachers have noticed a huge improvement and told me they were so happy she was able to access such a valuable resource. Many parents won’t pay for tutoring. I feel it is a much better investment than all of the expensive sports we pay for. Worth every penny! My daughter has her smile back!
The whole team meets all needs to help my child academically.
