Sang - the director has been very responsive and involved in helping my son catch up and fill in the gaps in his knowledge. She even joined a conference call with my son's math teacher to discuss how Mathnasium could best support my son and complement what is being taught at school. My daughter enjoys going to Mathnesium. Her instructor is very nice. Sang is very accommodating with schedule.

We are new to Mathnasium only joining last month. Within that time we have seen a huge difference in our sons math skills. Our 3rd grader was struggling with all aspects of math as well as other subjects. It was our opinion it was more a confidence and practice issue than an ability issue.

Mathnasium evaluated our son and determined he was at more of first grade level for "mastery" and "fluency". Over this past month he has completed 11 of the 14 components of this level and we expect will level up this week or next. This has been great for both his confidence as well as his growth. That said, he will know be working at a second/third grade work and one might discount this as still working below grade level. I would agree except the confidence has translated to his school work in all subjects, but particularly math. He within the first two weeks begin completing his (3rd grade) math assignments on his own and recently scored a 91% on his most recent test. Possible could have been 100% had he read the instructions. That we are still working on.
