Great experience after 1 month. Could never get my 8 yo daughter to practice math at home no matter how much i bribed her and threatened to take away screen time. She has the mindset of 'i am not good at math.' She now attends this centre 3 times a week without any resistance or meltdowns. She seems happy after each session and claims the sessions go well. Really helped relieve my stress in worrying about her getting enough math practice and catching up to the level where she should be at. Thanks team Mathnasium!

My kid loves to go to this Math center and has developed an attitude to face challenges, which I believe is the greatest gift from Mathnasium besides learning some cool math concepts..

Professional staff very friendly and knowledgeable

Mathnasium has been incredible for my daughter. The school system has failed her and she's having to essentially learn all the basics while juggling grade 4. Mathnasium understands the struggle and works in little chunks to help her grasp and remember the concepts and how to continue using them throughout. They fuel her with confidence and encouragement. Can break things down simply so it's easily understood and are patient with each lesson as well. My daughter loves earning cards to buy things (great motivation) and I appreciate the reports I get outlining what she's learnt and what she needs to work on.

Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Mathnasium and have full confidence in what they teach and how they do it. Best decision I made for the education of my daughter!

The time spent helping my daughter is amazing. She has come a long way and it is because of the time, patience and overall commitment to helping her learn by the teachers that has made the difference.

I think so far the experience with Mathnesium Kanata location is great. My daughter likes being their for her one hour sessions few times a wk, where she not only faces challenges on solving different math problems, but also get a chance to learn new techniques from Emma on solving new challenging questions.
I hope Mathnesium will continue challenging students with new exciting math problems and will keep learning math as fun and as practical as possible.

So happy with Mathnasium! During another homework battle, I reached out and was immediately in contact with someone from Mathnasium. They walked me through the process and worked with our schedule to set up a time for my daughter to come in to be assessed. The knowledge and support the staff offers immediately assured me that I made a great choice in sending my daughter there. They were also open to working with our schedule.

The centre (Kanata South) is clean, organized and inviting. My daughter actually and genuinely wants to go and loves the challenge of completing sheets for stamps in order to "buy" a prize. Everything is broken down into different lessons so they're not bored of the same thing for days on end. They master each level and revert back to ensure it stuck. They also work on their homework and quiz prep which I appreciate.

All in all, very impressed with how it's going and eager to set my daughter up for success rather than watch her struggle within the school board.

Mathnesium is covering a variety of math problems that are appropriate to the grade and matches the curriculum. My daughter doesn't get bored , which is the best part.
