Great variety of classes with options that appeal to a variety of experience. Teachers are supportive and encouraging and offer alternative poses to those who either need time to develop or are ready for a more challenging option.

Really? Can't tell where to start. The smile, energetic and genuine welcome when I come through the door. The variety of teachers - each offering their own wonderful pace and energy to the Corepower flows. The club atmosphere, inviting and welcoming new and old faces. Every. Single. Time. The challenge of the flow - always with an accepting warmth ever-encouraging to confront my edge. The balance of sweat and meditative quality to each class. And besides. It's just fun.

It was great! It is a little pricey but I loved the classes!! Cara Cookes class really killed it. She did an excellent job teaching and I loved her style of music and energy for the class.
