We took in a boy who at almost 7 had not had schooling. He had also come from a mother who did drugs and alchohol. This affected his learning skills. Sylvan has been a great help to me in a time when i didn't know what to do. I've also gotten good information to help me do a better job helping Daniel at home.
The center does a great job assessing the students to come up with a plan specific to each child.

This is the ideal way to learn at a pace that is understandable for my child. I was excited to know that I could set the mastery of his grade and he couldn't score less than that grade. He is actually above that level and is doing well. At the start of the course, he was assisted with any questions he had by the tech at Sylvan. Now that he is comfortable with how the course runs, he has taken off and I am confidant that he will finish with a grade he will be proud of.
