The center is very well organized. My son has shown an improvement in his studies and his ability to focus after one month in the program. The teachers have been able to explain concepts to him in a manner that is easy for him to comprehend.
They have been flexible and that has been helpful with my sons other obligations.

Friendly staff & sincerity they having in wanting to help my son but mostly because of them my sons grades have come up. They have done something I don’t think I could do for him as a parent. I don’t know if it’s the confidence or determination or simply the understanding of something better now but the grades are up and I’m impressed and less stressed.
My son is eager to come to his tutoring sessions each week!

Very Friendly and helpful staff and teachers
Gail listens to our concerns and meets them with solutions. Our children (ages 10 and 8) enjoying going - the prizes motivate my daughter, and my son simply hasn't complained about going (which is a surprise for a 10 year old!).
Sylvan is the one place my special needs Son wants to go for extra learning. He is not the easiest young man to teach and they do it exceedingly well. He goes willingly and pays for the classes himself, which is a huge testament to their tutoring. Gail has managed him well, and I am comfortable sending him because I know they treat him well.
Director responds in expeditious manner to my questions and concerns. Teachers are thorough and kind.

Gail is always warm, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, courteous, well-prepared and a pleasure to deal as is her staff. By the way, I think Gail has the cleanest, most-organized desk I've ever seen! The facility is well-maintained, clean & nicely appointed. My son likes all of his instructors. I have no doubt he got A's in ELA last year largely because of Sylvan. The incentive program is also an effective motivator. Thank you Gail & Sylvan!

Hours are great! Without the help of Sylvan I would not have known my child was not doing as expected. We haven’t been there long enough to notice grade difference but I am confident I will see a change.
