Like the flexibility of scheduling and the structure provided. Goals were rewarded and my son enjoyed Sylvan. My son has now come home twice with honor roll since Slyvan and also has moved into an advanced class thanks to his ability to read his Math questions . He himself found it a good experience.

The teachers are patient with my child, who is not happy to be going to Sylvan. I feel they are able to go beyond that attitude and he is really learning necessary grammar and writing techniques. Also, the scheduling has been very flexible.
I like the one on one attention my child gets from the teachers. I like the warm and friendly environment. I like the encouragement my child gets and how it is building his self confidence.

I like from day one the first person to interact with Cian spoke directly to him and not through me. The whole experience was about him and Jessica related to Cian on a level which connected with him and his likes. From the start Cian was not to happy about going to tutoring however we have come to the point recently that he had to remind me that he had to be at tutoring. Cian has now gotten back on track and has for the first time in his reading life asked for just one more page before you turn off the lights....I did not expect such an improvement in 3 months.
The teachers are very hands on with the students. They provide positivefeedback when they can see students struggling.
