The staff is friendly and my shy son feels completely comfortable with the teachers. The staff is very detailed orientated about their work and there is a lot of additional resources provided online. After a few session, my son told me that he feels better as a reader in class and at home I can already hear the difference.

It is well organized and Laura does a great job being attentive to needs and parents. I feel she keeps everyone involved and apprised of how they are progressing through the program. Also your incentives and use of iPad keep the children involved and focused on their learning. I have high hopes that at the beginning of the new school year that he will be on a better track to greater success in reading. I also look forward to using your writing program because I don't feel that they get enough instruction on this in school due to the dependence on technology. Please continue to teach the basics because our schools are not.
