Small class sizes
We loved Ms. Sara! She is an asset to your facility and the reason we continued. Sara has the ability to break down the Algebra and make it understandable. Sara is personable and fun.
We had to discontinue due to a spring sport. We needed a later time.
She is still our favorite tutor!
The professionalism , the friendliness , the helpfulness of everyone there. Rachel above all has helped me to try and resolve a reading issue with my granddaughter. She refuses to read at home and Rachel gave her a book. She ask questions each time we arrive to show the child is actually reading. Rachel provided a list of books the child may be interested in . This is all very helpful to me and my husband.
The kind respectful folks. We like the interactions between teachers and children. Our granddaughter enjoys coming to class because she feels special.

Love the tutoring but scheduling is an issue. Also we don’t get a statement telling us how many sessions we have used.

My little one was struggling with reading. After attending Sylvan she loves reading. She is now homeschooled and we use Sylven to test her to see where she is at. Her writing was a little behind now she is working on that. The teachers are great, she loves them. She had one problem with one and after talking about it with the director she mow loves that teacher.

The director, Rachel, and her staff member, Sara, have always been very accommodating and worked with our schedules to make the process work. They make you feel like your kids are the priority.
