I was very pleased with my first two classes at CorePower in Sandy Springs. I like that there is some portion of the class the is the same, so you can expect a similar workout each time, and I like that there is some variation depending on the teacher to teach you new moves.
The instructor Jessie was great -- very good energy and enthusiastic. The studio was very clean, class was challenging and music was great.
The yoga sculpt class was a powerful and invigorating twist on traditional yoga.
