I think it's service is wonderful my son came there in the middle of the school semester and he was reading on a fourth grade level and he was there for about a month and he's up to 6th grade level now and I'm very happy with that

The managers are VERY responsive to all my questions. They have made an amazing effort to get to know my child and her needs. They make her feel safe and welcome there. They have boosted my child's confidence.
I am blown away by how well my son is doing at Sylvan. His tutors go out of their way to connect with my son who has sensory issues. They have managed to make my son love math and I want the tutors to give his teachers tips on how to teach kids. Top notch! The office staff including the manager are kind and caring. The manger was able to see my son for who is and they continue to check in with me on his progress. I would tell anyone to come to this center. A+
How everyone is really nice and concern and dedicated to the wellbeing of my daughter and that she really get the work that she came there for help. It's a comfort knowing that she's happy and like going to Sylvan and she likes the teachers and she's learning a lot.

I like Sylvan's personalized system for helping kids achieve academic goals while also building their confidence and self discipline. I like that it all starts with assessing the child's needs and working out a customized plan with the parents to address concerns and weaknesses. I also find that the tutors are well prepared, engaging and motivated and the staff is very attentive, communicative and flexible. Everyone and everything is in place to help kids learn and acquire the traits that help them become better learners and successful students. My child's teacher noticed improvement just two weeks after we started Sylvan and I've grown to think of everyone at the Upper West Side Sylvan as our partners in education. We also appreciated that financing is available.
Ms. Philesha and the staff are very attentive to my daughter need. This is a great program it’s truly worth it. My daughter had a huge education gap but they have help to close her education gap.
