Everybody is so friendly and encouraging.
The coaches are very helpful and motivating for us to do our best. The studio is always clean and the machines tell you exactly how your workout is going in real time. I’ve been going for three years now and love my increased strength. I am 57 years old and I don’t plan on quitting ever.
Trainers are awesome and very personal. I've been here off and on for 6 years. Absolutely the best!
Trainers are great, exercises short, yet very effective. Great strength training in short period of time.
The studio is always extremely clean and well organized. I love the numbered dots on the floor to help with proper machine selection...and the equipment is always in ready to go condition and after 5-6 years now I've never had a machine not ready to go.
As for the staff...again, after being there for quite some time, the staff are always well trained, helpful, courteous and encouraging...even on not so productive days they always seem to find a plus to your workout experience.
I've had a few total joint replacements and after surgery PT, Exercise Coach has been my go to for continued rehab and strengthening. The staff has worked with me on creating routines that don't overstress my new joints, but push me just enough to continue to gain strength and mobility. I sincerely can't say enough good things about my experience with Exercise Coach.
I Love going to the Exercise Coach! It is a great 20 minute workout that helps me stay strong. Each of the employees stays with me during the exercise time to give me pointers that really help. The employees that have worked with me are all kind and knowledgeable. Thank you to Shelby, Lexi, and Ian! I would highly recommend going to the Exercise Coach! Another great thing is that they take our insurance which covers going one time a week!

I love the technology, that it only takes 20 minutes. The entire staff is friendly and encouraging.
The only concern I have, and it's a small one, is that I never see any part of the machines being wiped down between clients. That doesn't necessarily mean it's not done, maybe they are so swift, I just haven't seen it. I would also love to see a studio closer to my home.
