I have been a member of The Exercise Coach since July, 2020 and appreciate the fact that The Exercise Coach continues to use a product that keeps the studio clean and free from germs/viruses (as best as can be achieved). I like working out in 20 minutes with an effective program that keeps me coming back twice a week. I enjoy working with Kevin and Ariel who make sure I am using the machines correctly to avoid injury. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach to everyone!
Staff are on time and very encouraging. They explain what muscle the exercise is targeting. Everyone is friendly and upbeat. I also appreciate 20 minutes vs an hour.
I am enjoying my workouts at the Exercise Coach! I get in when it's convenient for me and can complete my workout within a reasonable length of time. The trainers are really helpful and encourage me so I get the most out of my workout!
I like how private it is and the one on one training. I am only able to come one time a week but definitely feel and see improvements. It is amazing how effective the 20 minute workout is. On days I can’t come I walk or ride (peloton). If you are unsure they offer two free sessions to see how it works. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
Kevin and team have been wonderful to work with. Unlike other workout facilities, the team here is dedicated to your success. They continue to motivate and push me with my strength and nutrition.

Everything. I’m amazed how strong I’ve gotten in a very short time. I had an accident and my mobility was affected even after various rehabs and physical therapies. I tried working out on my own but couldn’t get back to how I used to be. I was having balance issues also.
I started seeing results within a month after starting Exercise Coach. Bringing my groceries up 2 flights of stairs has gotten a lot easier. My balance has improved.
Plus, the people (Kevin, Ariel, Jason and Alex) who works there are very professional, nicest, patient and knowledgeable humans you’ll ever meet and the workouts are only 20 minutes, twice a week. It’s also very clean. They wipe down each machines after everyone. I’m one of those germaphobes so I pay attention. What else can you ask for?
