The coaches I have had are all very adept at helping me regain my strength without causing me pain. I'm 68 years old and have lost slot of my core strength due to illness and injury. I feel that at the Exercise Coach they are conditioning my body in the right way, safely. I feel like I get a great workout, and that I am on the way to wellness.
I'm not training for a marathon, or climbing a mountain. I want to be able to walk with confidence so that I can go on trips to foreign places and be able to explore new sites. think the Exercise Coach is a great fit for me.

Kevin and staff really care. I just reactivated and last time I used Exercise Coach, I lost 27 lbs and built good exercise and eating habits. It has been several years, but I came back to reset and rebuild those habits.
I like all the coaches I've worked with so far because they are knowledgeable, they care about my specific needs and they fun to work with. I feel confident my program is customized for me and I'm maximizing my time in the studio. I look forward to my workouts. I've been coming 1 month and am feeling stronger and more confident.
 
   
  
I love the personalized training in a small quiet setting. Unlike a typical gym experience, there is no need to wait for the more popular equipment stations to be free. The trainers are personable, and your workout is calibrated to your abilities for maximum effect. The sessions are short, yet I still leave feeling worked out, and my muscles, after 1 month of once per week sessions, are stronger and more toned. I am a senior diagnosed with osteoporosis, and my workouts are strategic to building muscle that supports bone health.
