Ordering is simple, I guess, and we were happy with the pose we chose. Your online tools offer the potential (though unrealized) of greater user customization of the final photo. But, to give you some feedback: not a lot of forethought seems to have been given to the local/event-specific backgrounds and how the photo will be composed when the graduates are superimposed. Most will cover up the features in those backgrounds so they are mostly unusable. Also, the photographer should take an additional, wider shot of his subject to allow more manipulation of the subject against the background. Your online tools are underutilized and therefore less valuable without this. Finally, when producing the final image, adjusting the lighting of the foreground image to more closely match the background would enhance the final product.
