Julia has been amazing. Our son is autistic and he has been seeing her for years and she has always been very patient and sweet with him. We just had our best ever haircut with absolutely zero tears which is a HUGE deal for him. Will never go anywhere else :)
Julia did a great job with my son's (2 yrs old) first haircut. She was quick and efficient while still being personable and patient when he was nervous. He handled it like a champ, and the cut looks so cute!

I have taken my daughter here twice now and have been so happy with the service, time in/out, and price. They treat my kiddo with such patience and kindness and really involve her in the whole process so that she feels comfortable. We will keep coming back for sure!

We are very happy and ecstatic to hear this place from a friend. My son is autistic and doesn't trust anybody to touch/cut his hair apart from me, but when he saw how much of a wonderful place pigtails is and how calm other kids are while having a haircut he started to get comfortable. Super highly recommended!!! 1000 stars for the staffs as well!

We took our son to Pigtails and Crewcuts for his very first haircut, and we were so pleased with the whole experience. He’s recently entered his “stranger danger” phase so I was a little anxious of how he would handle the whole thing, but from start to finish the environment was kid friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. He didn’t cry once, got a great haircut, and we were able to save a lock in an envelope which was super sweet. He even got to pick out a toy at the end for free. It was a great experience, I’d highly recommend!
