The manager, Chrissa, was so amazing. We walked in, not knowing we needed an appt and she still worked up in before her next appointment. She could see my daughter was sad she couldn't get her hair cut because we were on a schedule, and she made sure she was happy and did the cut anyway!

I love how quick and easy check-in is and how efficient they are at cutting my sons hair in a quick manner. We were in and out in 10 minutes and it was a really great job!
I love that you have toys for kids while they wait their turn. I love that you have movies going to distract them. Service was fast and they did a great job. Only negative is the massive amount of for sale toys in the front of the store.
