I absolutely love this place. They take their time and actually listen to what you are wanting. And above all they are great with my kids. They make sure its a fun experience for them instead of it being a nightmare. The prices are reasonable and by booking online, you don't have to sit and wait forever.

Pigtails and Crewcuts is quick and efficient while still maintaining great customer service. Our stylist talked to me about my daughter's hair type and adjusted her cut to better suit the texture and length. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes and my kid's hair looks great!
Best first haircut experience for my toddler (and for me... a very nervous mom) The shop itself has plenty to keep your little one distracted with toys, stuffies, trains, TVs etc. Crissa did a great job at calming our nerves, explaining the process and the cut was perfect. Won't go anywhere else!
Our stylist was SO sweet! She was so good with my little boy! She made us so comfortable for his first cut! She also taught me how to style his hair like she did💕 we will 100% be requesting her next time!

Our experience at P&C was amazing. Liz made my daughter feel so special and beautiful. She also worked very quickly so in a matter of minutes her hair was trimmed and braided. I’m planning on making an appointment soon for my youngest. I will highly recommend P&C to all my mommy friends.

The play area for the kids waiting, the freedom to let the kids pick the seat, and Erica was so great! I have already told my friends to go there just for Erica!
Ms. Liz was awesome! We watched her with the kid in front of us and our baby as well. It was our first haircut and she was super patient, took breaks, made sure to show him the trimmer and let him feel the buzz before using it. She was awesome! It was super fun for us as parents to watch too! It really was an experience and I’d recommend it to anyone with kids!
We absolutely love crissa at pigtails my son has never had another person touch his hair she did his first haircut which surprisingly he did great with her she kept him calm and made sure he was not nervous and she knew exactly what we wanted from us just explaining and 4 years later my child always ask to go see her because is his words not mine she is the best and so sweet and i most definitely agree with him.
My son is only 2 and he is usually shy when it comes to strangers approaching him, but he showed no signs of fear while we were there! I was very pleased with that. Our stylist was very friendly and patient. She continued to check with me through out the hair cut to make sure she was doing what I wanted and made changes to the cut accordingly! My son liked that there was a movie playing, sitting in the air plane, and playing with the balls in the treasure chest!

This was our second haircut with Heather at the Fayetteville AR store, she is just so genuinely kind and wonderful to work with. She helped our son feel very welcome and comfortable, and gave him another great haircut. He loves it! We will be back to see Heather. :-)

Julia was absolutely wonderful and very patient with my feral 2 year old! She made it fun and a good experience for him. His hair looks so good considering how much he moved around! We can’t wait to get his next haircut!
