The intention of my workout made me cry & the end of the class made me cry as well, I wounded why. Yoga can get the stress out of me, I'm realizing!!!
Plus the workout was intense, the hit inside was not what I'm used to, outdoors it's always been my comfort but I'm in another stage in my life and change should be ok, right!!!
