Briana is the best!!!! She’s so patient & kind with my son who has a major sensory disorder. She never makes me feel like he is a bother or being annoying to her! She takes her time & always gives him the best haircut!
I drive about an hour every 6-7 weeks for him to see her!

I have a four year old on the autism spectrum who really struggles with people close to him and particularly his ears being touched. Stella not only gives a five star haircut, she is so patient and kind to him. We would never go anywhere else!

Excellent service and great cuts! My son and I both have curly hair where many of our cuts in the past were crooked and didn't look great. The hairdresser here knew how to do it well, did it with scissors (which is a more natural look), and was perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and patient.
I liked the detangler used as well as the customer services from the actual hairdresser and the staff at the front.

My 3 year old son had an amazing time at Pigtails & Crewcuts. Ms. Chrissy was "super awesome" in my son's words. He loves his haircut! He loved playing with the toys and that he got to pick the car to sit in. I "the parent" had a great time. We are new to Asheville. This was his first haircut in Asheville and we are definitely returning!

Elham did an excellent job on my son's hair. She was so energetic, kind, and patient while giving him a scissor cut, which I realize takes a lot more time and precision than using clippers. We always go to Pigtails and Crewcuts and have had a wonderful experience with all stylists. The salon is clean, well maintained, and I appreciate that it has a playroom for kids to use if you have to wait a few minutes before your appointment (although it's rare because they are always running on schedule). Highly recommend this salon!
Jamie is always amazing with Aidan. We we come in, everyone seems inviting to him even though he is a special needs 22 year old. Aidan loves going there and definitely feels welcome. It warms my heart because there are so many public places that aren’t as accepting.
