Terri was amazing and joking around with my 6 year old for her first haircut! She really made it enjoyable for her. Bri was an absolute ANGEL when it came to my 3 year old who hates hair cuts! He was screaming, thrashing, and just overall not having a good time. But she was so patient, kind, and reassuring during his cut. I really couldn’t thank her enough!
They are very professional, but at the same time they know how to be silly with the kids to get them comfortable
Teri was great with my son. My two year old recently was diagnosed with autism and Teri knew how to keep him calmer and give him some breaks. As difficult as he was, it was the most behaved he’s been in a stylist chair. Teri was calm, patient, and extremely friendly. We are coming back!

Sarah, our hair dresser was very kind, patient, and really seemed to enjoy her job. She checked in often about what we wanted for my daughter's hair, and made conversation with my daughter through the entire hair cut. We really enjoyed the entire experience.
The atmosphere was great. My son enjoyed getting his hair cut. Also Andrew was awesome. He was so friendly and very patient with me when making sure the cut and style was what I was looking for. Will be coming back what a great place and stuff for my 1st visit.

I LOVED how patient and kind Miss Kee was with Fitz. We have had horrible experiences with barbers that have kind of tainted our kids perception of getting his haircut. She was so positive, encouraging, and not one ounce of frustration was perceived from my end from her. We will absolutely come back to Pigtails & Crewcuts and i’d love to schedule with Miss Kee again, in the future!

Dee was very sweet! We went in for my son's 1st haircut and it was apparent she knew what she was doing from the start! She made him comfortable and introduced each hair tool before using it. Our son did really well but I'm positive that she would do just as well with a child who was having a hard time.
We have taken our 1 year old son here twice (his first haircut and a back to school haircut). They are so patient and understanding with every child. They take their time and do what they need in order to make the child and parents feel comfortable. We recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts to every parents with little ones.

The availability to get a parent hair cut was a big plus.
The fun, kid-centric atmosphere was great. this was one of the few cuts that did not have tears or tantrums.
My son loves going to get his haircut from this location. He enjoys getting there playing on the table with the trains and then Mrs. Alba very patiently gives him his haircut usually on the train or firetruck chair. He loves it there.
I can’t recommend this place enough! They have cut both my kids hair and we LOVE Ms. Dawn. She is able to deliver every time and my kids do so well every haircut!
