The customer service was fantastic! It was exactly what i was looking for and they exceeded all expectations. Joeleen who cut my sons hair did a phenomenal job! She was amazing with him and his baby fade turned out perfect. The 1st hair cut package was my favorite. I am so glad they offer that so families can have keep sakes. Definitely will be returning. I highly recommend!

10/10 recommend Joy was such a joy honestly. She did a great job with my daughter's hair. She was so patient and took a good amount of time to get her tangles out. She was so nice and did a great job making my daughter look pretty for back to school. Would definitely recommend
