My 15 year has struggled with math for several years. Was on the verge of failing last year. Over the summer, we enrolled him into the Mathnasium center in Mt. Laurel for one month, the only time we had available. He is now into his second week of school and has been recommended to move to the accelerated math class!! This is only after one month, I can imagine the improvement in math and his self confidence would be if he were able to continue with Mathnasium for a more consistent and prolonged time, unfortunately we have a unique circumstance that does not allow for this. Thank you Mathnasium in helping my son gain self confidence and knowledge to help him succeed this year!!!
Derek is a 3rd grader and started Mathnasium in November 2017. We decided to help him with math when he still used fingers for addiction at the end of the 1st grade. He went to Kumon for one year and was frustrated by repeating same kind questions. The result of the MAP test showed that one year hardworking in Kumon did not really help him. Derek is not good at memorizing facts. However, he is a great explorer once he understands the concepts. We make math make sense! - the slogan of Mathnasium caught my attention so we gave it a try.
It worked brilliantly for Derek!
A The worksheets are personalized for him after the initial assessment. And there are a few
different concepts in one session to keep his interest to do the work.
B. Private tutoring makes sure that he could understand the questions and correct the
answers as soon as possible.
C. The system of encouragement is PBR - Personal Best Records. To be the best of himself
is his goal. Derek won the monthly PBR student in May and June and so proud of himself.
D. The result of the MAP test showed that his percentile in math jumped from 81 to 99.
She’s gained a lot of confidence by going there and has really bonded with several of the instructors. She takes a lot of comfort knowing they are there for her when she has math homework or a test coming up. In addition to teaching her stuff she never got before, they support her and assist her with her current workload.
Mathnasium has helped my daughter improve her math grade from a B to an A in one marking period. More importantly, her confidence has improved and she looks forward to going to the Mathnasium!
Both my children struggle in math and had become convinced neither would ever understand it. But over the last month since they began sessions at Mathnasium, but have far more confidence and actually look forward to going. The instructors are patient and have helped each of them so much! Really worth the investment!

Mathnasium has been a huge value to our daughter's math education so far. We are completely satisfied with the results, and we can already see that she has gained more knowledge and confidence in her math abilities.
I've been in the facility while the children are learning new ways to tackle math, all of the teachers are their to help the students. The Teachers are going from student to student see if they need help. That type of one on one seems to be working from what I see and when I talked to my granddaughter she seems to be satisfied with that way of learning. Trevor and staff have been excellent with my son this summer. He was apprehensive at first, but loved it, right from the first lesson. I know he is in good hands, and well prepared for his upcoming honors math programs in high school. Thank you!
The intro process was appealing and hassel free, plus I was not pressured to make a decision or not. All my needs were met, my questions were answered and most importantly my daughter was comfortable and felt quite at home. The program is friendly and it's definately worth the money and our time. Love the location, it's convenient, clean and teachers appeared to be expert at holding the kids attention. My daughter is excited to start!
This is a great program. My daughter love to come to tutoring. She picked math over dance class. The owner and his staff are very great with my daughter.
It has been a good experience for my son, who can ask questions easily in a comfortable setting.
Mathnasium has helped my son with the skills he needs to move forward with his learning. Before coming to the center, he was struggling with basic math concepts, i.e. memorizing a quick subtraction like 15-8. Now, whenever we are shopping, I ask him what the change should be from the transaction and he’s able to give me the answer before we receive the change back. I am thankful that Mathnasium is creating an environment where my son feels comfortable to face his fears with Math and continues to increase his confidence with the subject.
My grandaughters math test grades in school have increases by over 20 points.

Mathnasium makes math fun. The staff at the Mt. laurel location are very patient and work well with my kids. My daughter was not happy about attending at first, but after two sessions she looked forward to going. That says a lot about th staff there.
