I have both my children at Mathnasium. I am extremely happy with the instruction and learning they are receiving at Mathnasium. All the employees are so nice, so friendly, and so helpful. At this point, I don’t necessarily know if my kids “need” Mathnasium since they are doing so well, but we love it so much we’re planning to keep going there!!!

As a homeschool family, we look to professionals and experts to support an enrichment in education we may not be able to supply our child with. Choosing Mathnasium was one of the best decisions we made, as they have checked all the boxes for our daughter. Before Mathnasium, our daughter was struggling and math became more challenging. We wanted to find the best support system for her to succeed and experience confidence in what she was learning. The team at Mathnasium is always extremely welcoming, encouraging, excited to teach, and keep the students motivated. Her grades continue to improve and it's a beautiful thing to witness a better attitude when it comes to the more challenging courses, but they have helped shape her confidence these past weeks. Mathnasium's approach to teaching is very effective. We appreciate seeing our daughter experience a method of learning that fits her ability to solve problems and see math differently. There is a natural ease to their approach and ability to get their students excited for math. We couldn't be more pleased with choosing Mathnasium.

My daughter has been working with Mathnasium and their instructors since 4th grade and we could not be happier with the results. She is now in middle school and consistently gets As in her advanced math class. Mathnasium’s instructors are wonderful - they take the time to work with her and help focus on areas she has trouble with until she is comfortable with the concepts. They even help with test prep prior to a big math test. It is truly worth the financial and time investment. Most importantly, my daughter is confident in her math skills, loves math and enjoys her lessons with the instructors!

My older daughter looks forward to going to Mathnasium every week. She's confident in her math abilities and isn't afraid of new materials. The staff is helpful and responsive at the Manhattan Beach location. My younger one just started First Step and loves it. The one on one attention during the 30 minute session is exactly what she needs to get comfortable with kindergarten math.

Mathnasium has been amazing to keep my 4th grader at and even above where she should be during the Covid time. The face to face skills reinforcement was so valuable for her during distance learning and beyond.
My children feel more confident, understood, and seen. They have become enthusiastic and inspired to complete their math assignments in excellance. Mathnasium is a resource for assisting them with clarity and explanations. They look forward to going to the center and collaborating with the instructors to finish complex and challenging questions. Staffs are great and helpful. They keep my kids engaged in learning, specifically Miss Monica Jimenez with fun facts. Glad to have her back in MB. Jessica Henning is always responsive and attentive to our family needs. Loved that they keep parents informed of progress and site updates.

Everyone at Mathnasium is amazing! The director is so nice and helpful, each math assistant my child has been matched with has been great, and my son absolutely loves going!!!!
Great program! They have friendly, knowledgeable and caring teachers. I’ll most likely recommend. However, it is on the pricy end so it’d be great if they have multiple options to choose from like once/twice a week option is cheaper, etc. Some kids need more help and some don’t. Some parents want more and some might only want to go to the center for the purposes of maintaining an age appropriate grade, etc.
Jessica and the rest of the team were amazing from the start. Unfortunately, we had to leave since we were moving to Texas. I was always updated with my child's progress as well as seeing her improve in her math in school. I wish we could have stayed longer, but because of their amazing service and how the Manhattan Beach location represented this establishment, we are sticking to Mathnasium and will be going to a location right near us.
We have had a wonderful summer experience at Mathnasium. I appreciate the flexible schedule which allows us to arrive on days/times that are convenient for our family. The staff is warm and inviting each visit and also the theme days keep my son excited! Miss Hannah and her staff are fun, encouraging and driven to give my son the best experience each hour that he is in their care. He is excelling in math and able to practice new skills while having fun.
