Technicians are friendly, engage in conversation and let the customer know about the process without upselling. The Zerorez cleaning system seems to be very efficient and the carpet dried quickly even though it is the winter season and the house is not as warm as during the spring and summer months.

The people that clean your carpets are very professional, come in and explain what they are going to. The method they use is very good, no chemicals or soap. My carpets always look very good when they complete their work. Have used this company several times!

Great Customer Service and Quality Work

The technician was not only very friendly and knowledgeable, but also went the extra mile to do an outstanding job. The carpets looked the best they have in years. I will definitely be calling Zerorez the next time I need my carpets cleaned, and will always recommend them to family and friends in need of this service.

ZeroRez showed up on time...let me know my total beforehand...was easy to book...gave me the radio discount and did a GREAT Job. Kevin showed up..was more than personable, masked up...discussed Covid..acted accordingly, and before I knew it..he was done with the Master bedroom..and it looked great. He finished the job, and was a delight to deal with.
He stated the drying time as 4-6 hours...and that is accurate...ie..you can walk on it if you have to soon..but your socks will get soggy. I moved my furniture back after 6+ hours.
Pleased with the cost...Thrilled with Kevin....Will go to ZeroRez next carpet clean.
