I like the fact that you use a citrus based concentrate before the agitation process. I know from other processes how clean it rinses. Smells good too. Especially after it dries completely. I had an email into your company mentioning that it smelled like an apartment. I was only trying to describe it. As it dried, it smelled more like citrus and even better after a couple days. Must have been prior chemicals or concentrates being reactivated. It is 20 year old carpet, after all. Definitely cleaner and fresher than any other cleaning I've had done, in as many years.

Very professional and courteous service received a call they would be late and offered a free service to offset being late. I left after the carpet was clean so I haven’t returned to see the finished product yet I’m excited and looking forward to it.

Dry quickly. I did not receive a receipt after being told was sent and calling cleaner to request it be sent again.
