Very pleased! I was warned that their service may or may not remove all the heavy stains from our sofa that our 3 year old did over time. I still chose to forgo the cleaning and disinfection and we ALL were pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. Sofa looks like new again! Jordan explained the process thoroughly and was very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend Zerorez!

The person (Kevin) could figure out what was the problem and what should have been done without prior information. he was very knowledgeable and explained very simple, but very understandable way what he had done and what needed to be done.
