Nice professional technician. The cleaning was done without any mess. The furniture, a double seated recliner was 5 years old in a light beige fabric and it cleaned up nicely. We were happy with the finished recliners.

I like that the carpet is always clean but not soggy with water. However the office is booking appointments to close together so that my cleaner did not arrive until 5:15 and it;s hard to see the floor and spots in the darker sunlight.
